Apply for a Small Grant less than $10,000
Smaller grants can go a long way toward creating meaningful change. If your organization needs less than $10,000 in funding, we welcome you to apply. These requests are reviewed on a regular basis and often decided at the very next Board meeting, giving you a timely opportunity to secure support for your project.
The Janice Seagraves Family Foundation, Inc. offers two paths for submitting a grant request:
Important Note: Grant requests will only be considered if the applicant is:
- A recognized 501(c)(3) organization, or
- A school, religious entity, or governmental entity.
The Foundation does not provide grants to individuals.
Funds are limited, and requests outside the Foundation’s focus will not be funded.
Review Process:
The Foundation’s Board of Directors meets bi-monthly to review applications.
- For Requests under $10,000: Typically decided at the next Board meeting after submission.
- Requests $10,000+: Reviewed more extensively. Promising applicants may be invited to present at the Large Grant Meeting, held twice a year (late spring and late fall).
